WebQQ

Tencent is offering Jolicloud-like web widget (or Chrome App for that matter) and web instant messenger services.
The top tool bar reads: WebQQ, App Market, QQ (the messenger, I believe), Group, Tencent Weibo (=Twitter-like service), QQ Mail, SoSo.com Search
Down there on the left, there're weather, a clock, a gameboy-like widget with some advert of QQ game.
On the right, I can login to my QQ messenger for instant messaging.
